Q: Why rent instead of buy?
Renting lets you enjoy designer fashion for a fraction of the price while keeping your wardrobe sustainable and clutter-free.
It’s perfect for events, vacations, or when you simply want to wear something truly special.


2. Orders & Delivery

Q: How far in advance should I place my order?
To start, we are sourcing products on demand, so please allow 3 working days for delivery from the time your order is placed.

Q: Is delivery and pickup included?
Yes! Every order includes free delivery and pickup, so you never need to worry about extra logistics or fees.

Q: Can I get same-day or next-day delivery?
At this stage, we require three working days to process and deliver orders.
As our stock grows, we plan to introduce express delivery options.

Q: Do you deliver outside major cities?
Delivery availability will be shown at checkout based on your location.


3. Rental Periods

Q: What rental periods do you offer?
We currently offer two fixed rental periods:

  • 5 Days – Ideal for events or weekend getaways.
  • 2 Weeks – Perfect for vacations or extended use.

Q: Can I rent for longer than 2 weeks?
Yes! If you need the outfit for longer, contact our support team, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.


4. Cleaning & Garment Care

Q: Do I need to clean the item before returning it?
No, we’ve got it covered. Professional cleaning is included with every rental.
Just pack the item and return it — we handle the rest.

Q: What if I accidentally stain or damage the item?
We understand that accidents happen.

  • Minor wear and tear: Covered at no extra charge.
  • Significant damage: A small repair fee may apply.
  • Irreparable damage or lost item: You may be charged up to the full retail price.

We’ll always communicate openly and fairly before applying any charges.


5. Returns

Q: How do I return my order?
Returns are simple and stress-free:

  1. Place the item back in the provided Edition9 packaging.
  2. Schedule a free pickup through your account.
  3. Hand it over to our courier — done!

Q: What if I return late?
If an item isn’t returned by the agreed date, extension fees will apply based on the additional days used.
You’ll receive reminders before your rental period ends.


6. Extensions & Changes

Q: Can I extend my rental period?
Yes!

  • You can request an extension directly from your account, or
  • Contact our support team for custom requests.

Extension approvals depend on item availability and may include an adjusted rental fee.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery for a full refund.
After that, a partial fee may apply to cover preparation costs.


7. Sizing & Fit

Q: What if the outfit doesn’t fit?
We want you to feel amazing in your look:

  • Free size exchanges are available if another size is in stock.
  • If no replacement size is available, you’ll receive store credit for future rentals.
